ROLL UP AND OVERHEAD DOORSs

Inspection includes the following:

Inspect springs, gears, hand chain, bearings, guides, tracks and rollers
Inspect curtain and/or panels condition
Tighten door brackets and saddles
Inspection of chain keeper, slide locks and lock boxes
Lubricate all points of friction
Report of PM and cost of repairs if needed.

GLASS AND HOLLOW METAL DOORS

Inspection includes the following:

Adjusting for proper closing of door
Inspect speed and safety operation for ADA compliance
Check for any fluid leaks
Inspect framing, floor threshold and locking components
Inspect pivot assembly and closer arms
Lubricate all points of friction
Report of PM and cost of repairs if needed.

PIT AND EDGE DOCK LEVELERS

Inspection includes the following:

Inspection of hydraulic fluids
Lubrication of all points of friction of pins
Inspect for any broken welds, wear and brackets
Clean pit and remove any obstacles that may damage parts of dock
Report of PM and cost of repairs if needed.
